The perfect T-shirt underneath knitwear or a shirt, made in a fine cotton with mesh panels more commonly seen on sportswear.

Details

The T-shirt to wear underneath knitwear or a shirt, made in a fine cotton with mesh panels more commonly seen on sportswear.

Simon had worn a similar T-shirt for years from Hamilton & Hare, and could speak to its comfort, quality and longevity – but had a couple of niggles around body fit and neckline, so worked with the H&H team on a PS version with a more regular body fit and flattering collar.

Made of an open-weave, 100% cotton, with panels of piqué mesh running up the side body, adding breathability and removing the need for side seams – a construction technique otherwise mostly seen on sportswear.

Simon says

"I wanted to change the sizing compared to the H&H version. I found a Medium became too big in the body for me, so I had to size down to a Small – but with a 39-inch chest and 34-inch waist, I'm not really a Small.

So the PS version has a slightly slimmer fit, one readers will be used to from PS shirts and knitwear. The neckline was also altered to be more in line with the PS Tapered T-shirt: a close neckline that gives a clean look when layered."

Readers say

"For a simple, no-fuss tee, I must say the quality is off the scale. It's almost a shame to wear as it's intended (as an undershirt) – it's too nice to keep covered up! The perfect summer tee as well as the most luxurious undershirt. A grey or black/charcoal next please..."

"I received my T-shirts yesterday. So lovely! They scream quality and style without actually screaming."
